Orders typically process within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 5-7 business days.
How do I return product(s)?
Litupudepot is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 30 days of receipt. We also accept exchanges within 60 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, Litupudepot cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. How do I opt out of emails?
Why would you want to?! Our Litupudepot fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email.
What types of credit cards do you accept?

After the lamp is finished processing, you can track the status of the package online within about 2-3 business days.
Where do you ship from?
Almost all of our products ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse(s) located across the United States. A few items, namely many Clearance items, ship from our location in Southern California.

Shipping is free for delivery to the lower 48 continental United States.
